The MXC100080B is an 80kW high-frequency isolated bidirectional DC-DC converter module for V2G and high-power EV charging systems. Based on a single-stage topology with full SiC devices, it delivers high efficiency, fast response, and accurate voltage and current control. Supporting a wide 200–1000V range and 250A output, with fan cooling and CAN communication, it is ideal for EV chargers, energy storage systems, and industrial DC power platforms.
